Device Manager is Not Working While Using MJML

Device Manager for Desktop is not Working While using MJML. But if we run the project in Firefox its working other then firefox its not working Kindly Anyone know about this issues give a solution if possible

I did this method for custom UI and Just Runned the Commands its Completely worked for Web Editor(Means Without using Mjml)

But Now I have Founded Somethings
