Option to add submenu in the Navbar component

I am using the editor which is working fine and as per my need. I need 1 more feature which is submenu.

I want o give option to user while editing he can use navbar and then he can add menu and sub menu in this component. When it goes live it will work as normal menu with mouse hover feature.

Can any one provide me options how to implement it. I am using editor in Next Js project.
