How to dynamic disable/enable panel button

I want the piblice button to only be active when dragging something into the editor. If not, have it disabled.

    editor.Panels.getButton('options', 'get-js').set('disable', false);

  editor.on('component:remove', () => {
    editor.Panels.getButton('options', 'get-js').set('disable', true);
  });
  

It works fine but if I editor.loadProjectData() When editing the button it will be disabled.
