Ask about how to resolve resize issues when dragMode is absolute.

I'm trying to put an absolute position image inside an absolute position div.
I have two questions here.

1. When I put it in drag mode in the layer, the position is adjusted to the wrong place.
   In this case, can I fix it inside the div?

2. Then I move the image to the div.
   And when I resize it, it moves to the wrong place.
   Is there a way to solve this?
