Proprietary VS open source

I'm getting lost in what's open source and what is not
When I follow the links on the home page it doesn't lead to the open source docs anymore, but to the "docs-sdk". Is this the docs for the proprietary part?

we added SDK docs on top (OS one is moved to the footer), but we didn't change the core open source link https://grapesjs.com/docs

This whole repo still has the same exact license so nothing has changed from that perspective.

Let me know if there is anything else unclear
