Disable/Enable a block after adding/removing from the editor

I wanna disable a block when a user adds one time. For example, we have a "Button" block. When a user adds to the editor, I wanna disable it so the user won't be able to add it again, and when the user removes the block from the editor, enable it again so the user can add it again.

I think Studio SDK misses the connection with the disable property.
Let me move this to the studio repo and we'll fix it.
