Yes, Graphite is a client side web app. Just install it as a PWA if you need to open it without an internet connection. Note that the font catalog, provided by Google Fonts, will be unavailable, so text will not work but everything else will. |

It is supposed to work if you properly install the PWA using the instructions posted above. The app launcher can be opened using the copy that was cached when last accessed while connected. You may need to research troubleshooting steps why that's not working in your specific browser and OS combination, but that is outside the range of help we're able to provide since it pertains to the browser software and not Graphite software.
