Feature Request: Improve Sidecar MSI Installer for Windows

What?

The MSI Installer for Graylog should be able to accept configuration options such as the EXE Installer for Graylog does. One of the key advantages of an MSI is that it can be imported into a Software Deployment Tool without additional scripting efforts. The Software Deployment Tool gets all required information from the MSI package and manages installations, updates and removals at scale.

Why?

Using Graylog Sidecar in large environments is preferrable over 3rd party management of log collection agents as Graylog is the destination for the logs. Analytics will regularly require changes in log collection and are managed best by the group of people who are in charge of defining these requirements. These people are the same people working with Graylog and the heavily benefit from managing log collection via Sidecar.
