Why is I2S unlikely/impossible?

As the title says, could you shed some light on why I2S would be unlikely or impossible?

The BPi M2 Zero supposedly has "Raspberry Pi Zero compatible" PIN headers.

I'd like to use a Hifiberry Digi with my BPi M2 Zero.

Dear Sevba, I'm trying to get a Real Time Clock (RTC ds3231) to work on the i2c but so far I was not lucky. Could you solve your problem? Can you push me in the right direction?
