We should define some OKRs and KPIs so we all know what we are aiming to achieve and if we are moving in the right direction.

• OKR1: Allow any organisation to understand their current green software maturity and know how to actively improve it
  • KR: Number of orgs who have self-assessed / adopted standard?
  • KR: Digital badges issued?
  • KR: Number of organisations who have moved levels?
