Organising an assembly or workshop to bring GSF members together and discuss avoided emissions and related frameworks.

Bring together GSF members with different perspectives on avoided emissions

• Determining who should be part of the assembly
• Deciding on a date and format for the assembly

1. Create an open forum to discuss various methodologies (EGDC, Scope Four, etc.)
2. Aim to find consensus, not a predetermined outcome
3. Potentially include representatives from different organisations interested in emissions measurement
4. Be prepared that the assembly might result in an endorsement, critique, or entirely new approach to emissions assessment
5. Involve members who can provide technical and policy insights
6. Ensure broad representation across the GSF membership
