Missing quick descripton of Runtime in forms

In the https://calculator.green-algorithms.org/ and in 'Details about your algorithm' there is no quick description of what 'Runtime' is. Note the lack of the (!) symbol right in the row.

There can be a lot of confusion about the concept of return runtime, especially for novices. It could be helpful to state what definition you are using and where the appropriate value can be fetched in one's computer system.

To appreciate the confusion one is exposed to I suggest to consider for example the distinctions of time (real, user, sys) and of the various slurm commands like https://slurm.schedmd.com/sacct.html#OPT_helpformat. There is some didactic value in providing clarity there, even by mentioning what one should not use.
