Trying to export product system seems to export the entire database - version 2.6.0

I'm using ecoinvent database, and I try to export specifically a Product systems entity in JSON-LD.

So, I right-click on my Product system entity > export > JSON-LD, and then I make sure that my product systems is selected, and that all the other entities are not selected (processes etc).

But when I click "Finish", it seems to export everything anyway: I end-up with a file that's 144 MB.

I searched a solution on different websites, I found a similar thread on askopenLCA forum but it dates back to a couple years ago and doesn't provide a solution.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it impossible to export just the product system entity (but then, what is the role of the menue where we check/uncheck what to export?)

Hello @axfache,

When you export a dataset (here, a product system) in the JSON-LD format, it groups all the dependencies of the selected dataset. A product system depends on processes, flows, and other datasets—that’s why the exported ZIP file is large. The reason is that you wouldn’t be able to open this product system in an empty database if all the dependencies were not included.
