Where to find macs2 output

Archr team,
thanks to your efforts we can use such a comprehensive and creative tool.Our team is extracting peakmatrix and wants to do some work about the co-accessible peaks cross time point . The problem we ran into was that having too many union peaks (300,000) would slow us down a lot, so hopefully we could get a macs2 output (with p-values of statistical tests for each peak) that would allow us to sort the best peaks. In addition, I found that the arshr object peakSet contains score, replicateScoreQuantile, and groupScoreQuantile. What do they mean? Or I can use this result to sort.
