AddGroupCoverages purpose

Hi, thanks for the package, it is pretty nice and quite bug free. However, I dont have much intuition on the addgroupcoverages purpose. Why cant we call peaks on the whole clusters as a pseudobulk.

Anyway, what should I do if I dont have any replicates, since archR forces me to have at least 2 replicates and the pseudobulk method for this scenario doesnt seem sound.
