Hello, I am trying to plot some heatmaps similar to 2E-F in the Nature Genetics paper, where I've identified DEGs from some single cell RNA Seq data and am now trying to plot those same genes with my ArchR GeneScoreMatrix and GeneIntegrationMatrix. How would I go about this? The only heatmap options I see are plotting off of Archr's differential gene/peak test. Thank you! |
