genes with open promoter #1309
-
Hello again! I know that we can extract peak type from ArchR, let's say that I want to look at genes with open promoters. I was wondering if there is a way to assess whether the peak in the promoter region is significantly accesible? Just by exploring individual genes I do see that some have high peaks at the promoter, and some don't, and I basically want to see if there are any statistics assigned to these differences. Thank you! |

Nothing provided by ArchR. You would have to decide what level of signal corresponds to "accessible" and what level corresponds to "not accessible" |
