Hello,
I have single cell multiomics data (scRNAseq & scATACseq). I have done preprocessing, quality control and clustering steps in Seurat-Signac. I used Weighted Nearest Neighbor Analysis approach for clustering. The clusters I have are biologically meaningful and I would like to use my barcodes and corresponding cluster labels in my Signac object to annotate cells in ArchR.
I have tried clustering scATACseq data with several different parameters in ArchR but the clusters dont look similar to what I got. I have tried labelling scATAC-seq clusters with scRNA-seq information following ArchR tutorial but since clustering step in ArchR doesn't result in similar clusters, label transfer was not successful.
Barcodes are matching. So I believe that there should be way to use barcodes and cluster labels from Signac to annotate cells in ArchR. I would like to know that how can I do it in ArchR?
Thanks!
