ArchR installation first time, R version 4.3.2

Hi, I am trying to install ArchR via copying and pasting devtools::install_github("GreenleafLab/ArchR", ref="master", repos = BiocManager::repositories()) from the manual website. However, it keeps reporting collect2.exe: fatal error: cannot find 'ld'
compilation terminated.
no DLL was created
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'ArchR'

• removing 'D:/R-4.3.2/library/ArchR'
  Warning message:

  installation of package ‘C:/Users/yuxia/AppData/Local/Temp/RtmpEJEc3Y/file3705f0d5d2e/ArchR_1.0.2.tar.gz’ had non-zero exit status. ChatGPT says it is ArchR R version may not be compatible. I have checked1) Rtools is installed and configured correctly 2) GSL is installed. What should I do now?
