No visual difference in FootPrints

Hi,

I am new to scATAC analysis and have been working on a multiome data set with 4 conditions and was wondering why there appears to be such big differences between the heatmap I get using plotEnrichHeatmap and then the footprints. The Heatmap appears to show clear and strong differences between the conditions but I do not see that on the footprints. I have attached the images.
