Struggling with Annotating Cells Types by Condition

Hello everyone,

I'm working with ATAC data across 4 conditions and would like to compare across conditions for cell types of interest. I've been trying to find a way online to separate the cells so that I can annotate cell clusters within each condition that way I can compare cell types between conditions. There's a few pages online that kind of answer it but I've been struggling. Any advice helps.
