Is there any way to import external matrix?

Hi,
I am working on a high-noise dataset. I extracted the Tile-matrix from ArchR and tried to use SCALE[https://github.com/jsxlei/SCALE] method to denoise the matrix. The denoised matrix looks better than original one. I am wondering that how to import this denoised matrix to ArchR project to do further analysis?
