addgroupcoverage and addreproduciblepeakset

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if I miss something, but I did run addgroupcoverage groupBy='clusters' , then a GroupCoverages directory was created with subdirectory 'clusters' which has .h5 coverage files. However, running addReproduciblePeakSet I get this error :No Coverage Metadata found for : Clusters. Please run addGroupCoverages!
How can I solve this please?
