Hi, I am using ArchR to analysis my single cell ATAC-seq data, I get the peak matrix by
getMatrixFromProject(). However the matrix is the raw count matrix, I wonder how can I get the normalized peak matrix?Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
