addMotifAnnotations() ran but peakAnnotation not added

here is my code, I want to add peakAnnotation named "Motif_zebracustom_new" to my brain_proj:

brain_proj  <- addMotifAnnotations(ArchRProj = brain_proj ,
                                 name = "Motif_zebracustom_new",motifPWMs=pwmList.zebrafish,force = TRUE
                                )

No error happens.
But the brain_proj@peakAnnotation@listData[["Motif_zebracustom_new"]] is NULL.

Oh I used Arch1.03 before
But when I use 1.01, it's OK.
