Hello:

When doing the footprint analysis, (https://www.archrproject.com/bookdown/normalization-of-footprints-for-tn5-bias.html), is it possible to calculate the footprint score for each TF binding site (such as the TOBIAS footprinting score)? (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-020-18035-1)
