Specific Motifs to nearby genes?

Thanks for the incredibly helpful scATAC-seq analysis tools! I’ve been following your full manual tutorials step by step, and they’ve been really useful.

I have a quick question. I’m looking to use a specific motif to find nearby genes since I’m studying its role in gene regulation (without focusing on any particular gene). I didn’t see this function covered in the manual, so I was wondering if there’s a way to do this within your pipeline. Could you point me in the right direction?
