Run the GitHub action build & release the hotfix/1.107.1 branch

Because the problem with master we can not directly release it to prod, we have to do new fixing on the hotfix/1.107.x branch https://github.com/Greenstand/treetracker-admin-client/tree/hotfix/v1.107
So, now please help us fix the problem in the branch (similar to the one in master) so we can version the branch and release to dev env.
