Restrict access for trust_relationships/wallet_id route

• Avoid returning the trust relationships for all sub wallets that the logged in wallet has access to
• Look into filtering to return relationships other than where logged in wallet is -> target, actor, or originator
  e.g. when a manage relationship is transferred to the logged in wallet, want to see all the relationships of the newly managed wallet
