Separate help for each command

## Problem

Now vuh have too many commands so help with all parameters is too huge.

## Possible solutions

Global help should show info about commands only:
```shell
vuh -h
```

Command help should show info about specified command only:
```shell
vuh lv -h
```

Maybe global help can show common parameters.
