minecraft fuels does't work in boilers

Expected Behavior

Expected steam boilers to use charcoal vanila planks logs and other items with fuel value

Actual Behavior

when fx. charcoal or vanila planks is put into lp solid steam boiler it does not get consumed to produce steam
also does not work in large steam boiler

Steps to Reproduce

put down any type of solid boiler put in non gregtech fuel and it does not get consumed

jei does show that the recipe does not exist

Solved by #4249, will be fixed in the next release
