Expected Behavior

Expected to output dust at a 2/3 chance like other ore stone types. See attached image.

Actual Behavior

No chance at all for the dust versions even tho they exist as materials. The chance doesn't exist for any ore of the ore stone types Blackstone and Tuff. See attached image.

Steps to Reproduce

Shit, open up a dev instance and look ig.
