[Suggestion] More consistent outside air blocks checks

for all non-convex multiblocks, the open air blocks required around the machine is not consistance.
for example:
large sifting funnel can accept any blocks to replace air blocks inside the "box".

large mixing vessel can accept blocks on it but not in it (kinda make sense?)

and for chemical bath and maceration tower any block inside the "box" are invalid

so can you make it more consistance for each multiblocks so that there's more freedom on decoration?
or the alter way can you make the controller or the jei building guide to tell which air blocks are non-replaceable?
