So... I get out my VICE 128. I configure a 1581 and load up images from this repository. Now... there is some improvement. Most docs say "ls" is the command that can pattern match part of the directory... and other downloads I've found have "dir" but not "ls" ... and have dir not support pattern matching. This one does: yay.
But when I edit a file with either CED or ED, I'm kinda stuck. It says run/stop is the command key --- but run/stop just starts a selection. SHIFT-RUN/STOP should start a selection, but it appears to do nothing. I know that SHIFT-RUN/STOP works, because I can use it to trigger the autoload-and-run feature.
... so what docs should I be looking at or what's wrong with what I'm doing?
