Enable load balancer access logs

Thanks for the module, I would preface by saying that I woulb be happy to contribute if you are willing to accept the PR's.

I would like to add the access logs for the load balancer, aswell as the option for the protection deletion.

Let me know if I should otherwise consider this repo as stale and fork/look somewhere else.
