iptv-api的工作原理

刚开始使用iptv属于小白，看了下项目。

我的理解是它把各个网络上汇聚的资源进行了测试。返回选优后的结果。

了解到有推流的功能，实验下来只能推流本地的文件。不能推流直播源的内容。

因为运营商的问题，我想在服务器上面做一层代理推流节目，这样可行吗？
