建议增加是否过滤rstp协议的选项

因为最近出现很多次同一个结果文件，
电脑播放正常，电视机播放不正常的情况。
结果发现1.6.2增加了rstp协议，但是电视机的软件不支持此协议。
然后因为源主机不固定，也没办法用blacklist来屏蔽，而且使用"rstp://"也无法匹配。
建议增加一个选项，是否开启rstp支持，或者将结果中的rstp进行过滤。
