Hyprcap project

After maintaning my own fork for a few months, I have rewritten this script into a separate project, Hyprcap, also capable of screen recordings, with much more active maintenance.

Hyprshot is a great and very useful, but there have been no updates for about a year, and there are issues that need fixing. This has led to many independent forks appearing with small improvements each and no merging. This announcement is made in the hopes that people will find the new project useful, and hopefully provide a place where these issues and PRs can be addressed.

I don't mean to disrespect the creator at all. On the contrary, this was made possible by Hyprshot existing in the first place.
