[Guts]

Even it's only a patch version (I try to follow semver strictly here...), it carries a lot of changes under the hood:m, especially the perfs improvements.

They have been made possible through a quite big refactoring. I've tested it intensively but it may lead to strange behaviors in unknown/untested use cases.

Please upgrade and test carefully on your docs repos, and report everything unexpected.
