[Proposal] Implement own SSL-encryption to avoid OpenSSL dependency

Problem

OpenSSL is not really lightweight. It is even bigger than whole libPOG.

Promoted solution

Provide own small and lightweight SSL implementation to replace OpenSSL and make the library independent.
