Missing modding tutorials

There are no instructions for how to mod the following files:

1. GridItemProps.json
2. GridItemTypes.json
3. ProjectileProps.json
4. ProjectileTypes.json
5. PropertySheets.json

Please provide instructions so people know how to mod them. Also, list all possible properties of the projectiles like their damage, splash damage and area.
