Unable to parse message

I am on Arch Linux and an M3 iPad Air and have been using Weylus with no issues up until now. Now when I connect, the video stream shows up and works, but when I hover my Apple Pencil over the screen it throws a popup on the iPad saying "Failed to parse message", and I get the following warning in the Weylus console. I suspect this could be due to an ios update because I got a notification that my iPad had updated today. I am on iPadOS 26.2 (23C55) if this is relevant.

After further testing, this issue happens in both safari and Firefox and my guess would be that WebKit now reports sub-pixel precision for Apple pencils or something of that effect.

I built from source and the issue seems to be resolved. Must have been fixed since the most recent binaries on the AUR. Closing.

Although the cursor moves, it seems to be more laggy than before and the console is getting flooded with warnings.
