Cant Assign A moderator After I enabled Moderator tokens

hi guys, i am using jitsi and i have enabled the moderator tokens following the instructions on GitHub - nvonahsen/jitsi-token-moderation-plugin: Lua plugin for jitsi which determines whether users are moderator or not based on token contents
for my jitsi meet server. here are my configurations
authentication = “token”
app_id=“appid”
app_secret=“appsecret”
allow_empty_token = false

now the moderator is the one who gets in to the meeting from the jitsi-admin, but when i try to assign a moderator in the meeting or when i send a moderator link to a participant, that participant is not becoming a moderator, the issue do not appear when i just use the jitsi server this happens when i come from the jitsi-admin server, how can i solve it?

Hello @baby-leo,
did you enter the app id and app secrete in the jisti admin server settings in the jitsi admin UI? these settings are neccessary to enable the moderator claim in the JWT.
