unable to manually set the specular or metallic values of any vtf #74

before the refactor happened you were able to simply override the specular/metallic value to always be 0 by editing the vmt_loader script but with the refactor it doesnt seem to matter what value you give it, the material always comes out the default godot material, which sets the specular to 0.5
