I bought an assembled unit about 7 months ago. A few months it stopped working and I am only just starting to investigate. When I wire it into an outlet and turn back on the power, nothing happens. The screen doesn't light up, it doesn't connect to Home Assistant, nothing :( I have little to no idea about hardware/electronics, so need some really basic instructions about how to proceed from here! |

That's no good! If the device isn't connecting to the network, the next step is to disassemble the unit and try to collect debug logs via the USB port inside. Follow this guide for instructions on how to do that. |
