Firmware Update: LCD upload command FAILED

I'm having an issue where I'm unable to update the LCD firmware.

The admin page shows the following:

HASPone FW Version: 1.05
LCD Model:
LCD FW Version: 0

And when I click on update firmware -> Update LCD from URL, it attempts the update but never seems to finish. When I enable debugging via telnet, I see this:

Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not really sure what my next steps would be for troubleshooting at this point
