Cover control like the dimmer control

I've started to attempt this, but I have no idea how to yaml program....

I have automatic blinds, and I'd like to put an identical control underneath my dimmer w/ toggle control for my lights that controls a cover entity rather than a light entity. It would Open/Close with the toggle, or set a position with the slider.

On the home page for HaspOne, there is a slider control for blinds, but I can't seem to find a relevant blueprint.
