sunton-8048s043c display not working

Hi there,
I installed the latest firmware on my sunton plate and initially the screen was white, meaning backlight was on, after playing with backlight pin setting the screen turned black.
What can I do to get the screen working?
The device is connected to the wifi and accessible via browser.

If the display screen is just black, but the device is accessible via the IP address, it might be the same issue as descibed here: #794.
In this case, access the display via IP address, and click: Configuration -> Factory Reset. Thereafter Display should be working again.
