Ive updated all dependencies and fix some issues with config. Can you tell me how to rewrite this one:

serve: {
    add: app => {
      app.use(convert(history()));
    },
    content: commonPaths.entryPath,
    dev: {
      publicPath: commonPaths.outputPath,
    },
    open: true,
  },

from webpack.common.js, because new version of webpack not allow to add these configs any more.
