Deprecate bin/cmakehdf5

this script was an attempt to make cmake look like autotools. In reviewing a latest PR I believe it evens builds in-source which should not happen.
There needs to be a better script that uses the best of CMake and provides easy options.
Using the new CMake concept of presets might be a better way to go.
